KFC Key West — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

The worst service i have experienced in a long time. i visited on the 15 June @ 0615 pm and a lady with a mask tried to take my order as you drive in. She wore a mask and after she try to repeat my order to me i assumed she got it right as i could hardly understand what she was saying.

She directed me to the 1,st window to pay but the windows were closed with no one in sight.I then proceeded to the receiving window. The lady then asked for my slip, i explained to her that i did not pay yet as there was no cashier to assist. The lady said i need to go back to pay first. I refused as there was another vehicle behind me and i could not.

I then said she had to help me right away as i will not go back again, after helping me i repeatedly said pse ensure my order was correct as i couldn't check as i had no slip.

Needless to say my order was wrong when i checked it @ home. This was the 3rd time this has happened and also the last as i will not set foot in their establishment ever...

My fiance and I decided to grab a bite from KFC for our Valentines Day treat. On our arrival home it turned out to be such a disappointment, the food didn't look to great and the taste even worse. The chips were under cooked, the chicken was oily , and the chips not even seasonded correctly as it supposed to be, the burger was like a flat bread left out in the sun that starred to sweat with the garnish being wilted. They didn't even add any napkins, KFC salt or sauce one normally gets complimentary to adjust the seasoning if needed (it is like a chips and oil takeaway but even that would be a complament). This is the 3rd time we experiences this kind of service, It seems like the staff has failed their training and failed to uphold the brand. The lady taking the order barely listens and we had to correct the order three times. We even had to shout it louder thinking it was the speaker, but when we paid we she did not listen when we asked why she did not ask about the two rand. Noticed that again she punched in the incorrect order and had to correct it again. Got our below lukewarm food after even the lady giving the order as the wrong food. Ridiculous and we waited for that same wrong order 20 minutes, supposedly our correct order was made and agajn the food was not even lukewarm. We got reminded why we stopped getting KFC from that branch again sadly. (It was one of the kids decisions and we decided to take another chance on KFC, how dissapointing).
