Extremely Disappointed – Horrible Service from Burger King Keywest and Uber Eats

I had a terrible experience with my recent order from Burger King Keywest via Uber Eats. I ordered a LARGE nacho chips and received a tiny, pathetic portion—definitely not what I paid for. Even worse, both drinks were missing, along with one entire kiddies meal, including the toy.

As a parent, it is absolutely heartbreaking to have two children and only receive food for one. Try explaining that to a hungry child.

I reached out to Burger King for assistance, but their response (or lack thereof) was appalling. They offered no help, no apology, no solution. As for Uber Eats—disgusting customer service. They don’t even have a contact number to speak to a real person. Just generic replies and no accountability.

This is unacceptable, and both companies should be ashamed of how little they care about...

Has a great atmosphere with great service with a in the restaurant sitting area and a outside sitting area but still in side the building. They do great care in die store woth clean floors and clean counters the tables to sit in can have work do with the hygiene but still clean enough to eat at. The service is fast and friendly with great specials at the moment that actually makes you full for only a R100 for 2 people and get unlimited drinks with a wide variety of drink that includes pepsi, mountain dew, 7 up and alot of zero and light drink for the people that dont like sugar. The lines goes fast and there are always alot of people sitting there so that is also a good sign The place is also...

It's dirty and the service is terrible. On arrival we stood in the line, we got called forward to the counter, the manager takes the attention of the cashier, seeing we are standing there. We get ignored for, what felt like 5 minutes!

We wanted to sit down and eat but, the floors were cakes in dirt and all the tables were covered in other people's foods packages that they just left there. No one from Bruger King was bothered about this.

Also our order was taken wrong but, considering how we got treated before ordering, we decided to not make an issue out of it, in fear of being unfairly ignored again!

We decided to eat in the car! You will not be seeing us again! Worst Burger King I have...
