McDonald's Liberty Midlands Mall — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Everytime i come to this store they always mess up my order and my thing is that i continously buy the same thing from them n they still dont get it right its always the case they tell me to take a double because i like ice coffees with my meal n im there every Saturday if its not them putting in the wrong burger its them putting in the smaller version but taking my money for the actual thing i ordered, im always at liberty Midlands mall in the week because i work there but they have never given me a issue, this is very annoying n honestly feels ike ur team wasn't taught how to read order slips properly because its either they give u the wrong order or they wont give u all the items u ordered n get offended when u tell them about it, they need to do better or find...

As they do not open the large and medium chips box to full it, they only full it halfway and when I asked to speak to the manager, she's such and arrogant woman saying that they were told by mcdonalds to do that! The service at this slow and pathetic. I witnessed that 1 of the people who prepared my order take out a cup with her mouth and fill my cooldrink. I immediately sent it back for a new 1. This was very sad to see. Imagine if this is what a customer can see then it's scary to imagine what's is actually going on when they are preparing our food.
