Nando's Midlands Mall — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Ordered a veggie wrap from this store as a take away. Told the cashier multiple times that I wanted a veggie wrap, but they ended up giving me a chicken wrap. If you are fasting or a vegetarian Do NOT buy any veggie food from this store. You can tell them multiple times that you want a veggie wrap or veggie food but they will still give you chicken. Don't place vegetarian items on your menu when you can't deliver on it. Absolutely disgusting Nandos!!! Your store wasn't even busy but you couldn't get the order right, yet being told multiple times that a veggie wrap was required. Never going to order from you again. I hope whoever reads this review thinks twice before ordering any vegetarian options from Nandos because they won't get your order right. This issue has been logged with Nandos customer care and I have not been contacted...

Eish ,I'm grilling you nandos.Today I went in with my bro,service when paying for our meal was great.Sat down waited for quiet sometime for the food to arrive. Lady that was assisting us was looking upset 😡 and then she started speaking abruptly with her colleague who was cleaning tables.Our starter only cam after receving the actual actual meal even then I had to remind her there's a Starter liver outstanding .Then she did not give us glasses to drink our fanta orange. This time we were too scared to ask her some waited for another nandocas to walk past,then only we gathered the courage to ask for glasses. Overall value for money with the full with 4 sides .option of taking a cool drink instead of a side .Wonderful but service ayi...

Sunday 9 November my son at Boarding school in Pietrmaritzburg made an order of Flatbread Cabososatie, it came without Coslaw which is what give taste to that Flatbread, why would the order processed if it was finished than charge a full price for something that's not full. When you make an order you know what will come to eat, in this case it was a failure. I have pictures of that, not sure...
