Wimpy — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Slow service. We specifically ordered a NO cheese burger and the waiter asked if he could replace the cheese with mushrooms. He also asked if I would like spicy or plain sauce to which I said plain. When the meal arrived, it had cheese on the burger and mushrooms as a side and I asked that they remove the cheese from the burger. A second burger arrived but this time with the spicy sauce. I called the waiter again and informed him about the wrong sauce. He apologized once again and offered to bring a third burger. I responded by declining another burger and told him to take it away. Crap !! Wimpy is one of our favourite places to go for breakfast ever.. This branch makes us never want to go to a wimpy ever again.. Ordered 2 mega breakfasts which are almost the most expensive. Breakfast arrived with 1 rasher of bacon instead of 3🙄 how did the kitchen and waiter not notice that. Bacon is nearly cooked.not even slightly crispy .. basically looked like it was boiled, chips were the same hardly cooked at all and looked old and stale .. The toast was l. It even toast but warm bread .. infact the only thing that was acceptable was the eggs and burger pattie.. The rest was rubbish.. will never return to this branch...

Why do they put relish on a burger? I mean really! I do not eat relish its a horrible sweet sour sauce. You cannot taste the burger.

I did not know this horribke sauce/relish comes on the burger as I hardly ever eat burgers. Why don't they give you an option and ask you if you want this awful stuff on your burger? I am highly upset. And its not cheap.

Am I the only one that does not like this sauce/relish?

The lady serving us was Tracy she was very nice and she handled my complaint like a pro. Thank you to her!
