KFC Polokwane Mall Of The North — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

Forgot my wallet in this place.. On the footage it shows employee getting it from customer and the employee put on thelves only to pocket it on him in few. After he spent 20-30 min with it on his body while doing the run arounds to places to where cameras cant spot. Found my wallet with no money that i worked hard for for that day.

When the employee offered to pay back the money the manager refused and said the is no proof that there was money in there. I wonder why this guy spent more than 20 min with my wallet without taking it to lost and found/offices. During this 20 min minimum, this guy was acting weird but manager did care.. I bought my meal at 16:19, 16:37 employees got my wallet... 17:10. He got it to lost and found after he went to toilet and store room with it.. He story differs with what cameras proof.. But manager didn't care... I was a regular customer here even they guy who got my wallet didn't care.. Employee who got my wallet is Ali-D if i got it right.. If hes helping you just be extra careful.. I will advice my friend to use others...

It does not even deserve 1 single star for the service which I received today from drive through is pathetic being told that the only food I can order at the drive through is the food that I can see on the board in the the drive through lane. When I went inside I stood there like a fool waiting for my food after people receiving their food after me. I was then informed they are having some challenges with the zinger fillets. Nothing was said to me when I paid at the till about any problems with the zinger fillets. I just asked them for my money back because I know they will spit on my food if I have to wait after telling them what I think about their poor service. My family moved to a new house recently and we had to get take-out for dinner.

Huge COMPLIMENTS to the team at KFC, Farmyard, Polokwane for the quality of the meal. It was literally the BEST KFC we have ever eaten. We placed a large order and ate in-store. Somehow the quality of the meal was way way way better than anything we have ever experienced at any KFC branch ever. All the chicken, chips, wraps, Colonel Burgers, Dunked Wings, Dunked Pops, etc were of exceptional freshness, quality and were the best KFC meal ever.

Our personal thanks go to the team at KFC Farmyard, and we REALLY hope that they can keep up this AMAZING food quality standard. I will definitely be telling as many people as possible that KFC Farmyard truly stands out as the best ever KFC...
