We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon at 6pm. No one available to show us to a table. I should have turned around then. After a wait a lady showed up. I must mention that I tried to speak to a gentleman behind the counter. He ignored us. No covert measures applied. She showed us to a table that had shelves above it with bottles ready to fall. We ordered a bottle of wine which took 30 minutes to bring! Only after I asked everyone passing us by. Luckily the food arrived 45 minutes after placed. That is a really long time to make 2 pastas. No condiments were brought and halfway through our meal the chillies and garlic arrived. No cheese. Out of stock. I lie you not. An Italian restaurant without cheese. Clearly no owner/ manager ( which we never saw) involvement. Now the pastas was great but my Seafood pasta was cold. However there was no time to fix this as we had a movie waiting. We paid and left. What a pity to stuff up such a great brand with understaffed and badly trained staff. Further no management on the floor. The food was great, but the taste of bad service lingers in my mouth and it will be a NO for another visit...
Read moreVisited yesterday (21/4/22) Ordered two Hawaiian Pizzas to go, paid and waited, and waited for 46 minutes after I have paid. When the Pizzas finally arrived, I grabbed them and had to run to the car to pick up my children. 5 minutes later, my hungry children grabbed the boxes and only to find that the Pizza was ice-cold. Though should have at least been a little warm at this stage. What do they do? Make the Pizza, let them sit on the counter for 30 and then bring it to you? The place was completely empty, only one guy drinking beer. He had a beer in front of him when I arrived, and drank two more beers in the time I sat there, waiting. I see that people are generally complaining about the service and you answer so very politely, but it does not improve. It is time to re-train you whole staff and maybe declare half of the staff redundant, as they are just standing at the entrance, watching their phones and making a huge noise, screaming at everybody that pass...
Read moreLet's just say it's one of those days when the attendant misinterpreted things, I was with my family including kids, unfortunately we were told that there is no space on top, fair enough but when I looked from the bottom there were two tables next to each other and they were empty, I asked the lady why she says it's full when from where we are sitting there are two tables next to each other, finally she agreed that we can sit there, when we got to the top , ok the kids decided to go and play and they were told that they must take out their shoes fair enough, they came and decided to take off their sandals, wait a minute there is a kid same place where they were going to play who had shoes, the kid was a different race , this I found it unfair unjust and a bit racial in some way, this angered me so bad that I believe it must be addressed, we just left and will be glad if such treatments can be attended with...
