Wimpy — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

A waitress wanted me to pay for a bill that was not mine. I was disappointed in the way she handled the whole thing, even so because she was not even prepared to listen to me. After requesting the manager to view the cctv footage, that's when things started being sorted out. I was being accused of having been there with a guy whom I think left without paying. It was embarrassing to try to prove that I am not a scammer of a less than R200 bill. The managers strategy of solving problems can do with improvement. I just have one problem.

Kitchen staff are wearing no gloves, when they make your burger they pick up the lettuce, buns and patty with their hands and press it down. No lifting tools, no gloves, just their hands. We dont know where those hands have been. I gave the two burgers I bought to the outside car gaurds, I was sick to the stomach when I stood and watched the way the burgers is prepared. Really guys. Once arive, we were directed by the waiter where to seated, there was boards on every 2nd table (No buns on this seats).
