KFC Rustenburg (Nelson Mandela Drive) — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

Supervisor or whatever she is, is very rude. I ordered online, collection at the drive thru only for her to tell me to come inside just because they must still check, check what? The order was just standing there ready and We paid online! They are just plain lazy when it comes to the online ordering. Why is there an option to collect from the drive thru when the staff rudely tells you to come inside!! This is not the first time thats why i order from the kfc in safari where they are very very helpful..tonight was just an exception because it was closer (600m to be exact) only to be told to come inside for a drive thru order. Im sorry but never again will i go there. Id rather go to the kfc in safari that is a good 2kms from my house for quality and to be treated...

Management need to look at the hygiene at this restaurant. There's a sewarage that is leaking outside this restaurant and it is selling. When you ask them they tell you that it is Just a water but you can smell it. The smell is vadt The toilets inside are not clean. They are dirty. Even Mr D Team are very dirty. They wear dirty clothes. They need to tell them not to Come to their restaurant when they are dirty and they delivering to their customers. As a customer i don't want my food to be touched or deliver by People who do not respect...

The worst service ever, I had to wait in the queue for almost 30 min alone, without being helped by anyone. They were all just there ignoring me as if I was not there, to a point of ending up to ask if they will assist me or not and also on that note, my order took even longer aswell while other people who ordered after me were being served their orders in front of me.
