Lucky sushi&Chinese food — Restaurant in Somerset West

Hi there, I hope you're well. I just wanted to give you some feedback on the order I received today. I’ve always enjoyed your food, and it usually arrives in good condition, but unfortunately today I was quite disappointed with how my order arrived.

The soup container seems to have melted or become misshapen—possibly from the heat—and it leaked into the plastic bag. I'm concerned whether the soup is still safe to eat, as I’m not sure if any polystyrene particles may have mixed into the food.

Additionally, the pork in the sweet and sour dish seems smaller than usual and didn’t feel like the same value I’m used to from your kitchen.

We order from them longing for a good sushi experience as well as a lovely dinner at home. When receicved our order they sent us chicken chowmain instead of our dumplings and we ordered the combo 11, where they only gave us salmon sashimi and no tuna. And yes we did want to have tuna. These people are stingy as hell. You order a salmon platter. You get the thinest small slice of salmon, and not even fully wrapped. It was 1/3 of the pieces wrapped. It tasted horrible. Their oil was old. The sushi tasted like it was dipped in fish oil. It was my most disgusting experience ever. Not even to mention their spring rolls. What is that??? One slice of cabage in this 1.5cm...
