Man was I blown away by the service last night. Thank you Kobus and the staff that came together after the review to prove there's more than just a night of bad service. All issues were addressed and the food was nice and fresh last night. Chicken Tenders were absolutely killer. Thanks guys!!!!
First line of entry was terrible. The lady taking the orders had flu and was sucking/snorting her snot the whole time, and I mean 6 to 10 times while waiting to pay. Which is really unappetizing while waiting for food, all I could imagine was her green mucus over my food, she then proceeded to wipe her nose and hand me the card machine with the same hand. I couldn't believe that a manager would let someone with such a bad flu work in the food industry, so if I get sick I know where it's from. Secondly, while I waited for my food I realized how disgusting the kitchen looks. How can we be assured we're getting decent quality food in a place that looks like the picture attached, Ray who's supposed to be the manager was not in sight, I asked one of the ladies at the end of the line where the manager is and she said, in his office, after that then responded with a "I don't know where he is, I think he went outside"...
Ps. It's not the first time ordering the chicken tenders and getting home eating double fried, overcooked, dried out chicken biltong.
But the worst is the lady sucking her snot filled mucus build up while waiting for our food....

My family member went through the drive and order us family meals as you can see on the receipt the whole meal was off putting firstly the cooldrink tasted old the chips and meat of the burger seemed to haves been cooked in old oil the the chicken strips were dry and old and burnt also seemed to be put in old oil after having some of the meal as we were hungry I just couldn’t anymore I contact the branch and spoke to a lady called Sonia she then did not seem to care she asked to call me back which she did and told me that I would have to bring what’s left to the branch I then explained that I did not have a way to get there and no OTHER solution was given to me I vented and raised my voice and got upset ofcourse I had the right to it had been already back and forth. I heard nothing on the other end then a lady unknown name answered and said Sonia had LEFT the phone on the table and walked away lady introduced herself as the manager and the lady also didn’t seem interested in fact was also saying that she doesn’t have a driver so I asked what the solution none was given but she turned around and told me “what should she deliver it herself” at this point I got upset and said I just want a solution and then she put the phone down in my face.
Burger King is this the way we deal with clients that always come back ?

I can't complain about anything at this Burger King and I also can't compliment them on anything as there is nothing to compliment them on, not even for a smile when being served. Update : Today is 3rd November 2020 and I have been to Burger King Table View again. Today I had a very bad experience when ordering. The lady taking the order at the till point was very arrogant even though I was calm and spoke to her in a decent manner. I explained to her what I wanted and when she got the order wrong, misunderstood, she raised her voice even though I tried to explain to her several times what I ordered. On the 5th occasion, seeing that she was adamant on being non responsive with trying to assist me in a professional manner, I decided to leave before I lost my marbles. I left and went to McDonald's. Sorry Burger King, you just lost a customer who purchases Burger King at least twice a week. All it takes is for 1 untrained or half trained staff member to treat a customer bad once, for you to loose that customer, so train your staff properly.
