안동에는 '건진국수'라고 하는 시원하게 먹는 잔치국수의 일종이 꽤 유명한데, 그걸 맛볼 수 있는 거의 유일한 식당. 시원하게 먹는 거라서 하절기에만 내고, 찬 바람 불면 따끈한 '손국수'를 냅니다. 또한 면만 먹으면 좀 아쉬울 수 있으니 공기밥을 약간 내어주시고, 쌈밥으로 먹으라고 상추와 반찬도 함께 내어주십니다. 이 가격에 이런 음식을 맛보는 건 쉬운 게 아니니, 감사한 마음으로 음식 남기지 말고 깨끗하게 먹는 좋은 매너의 손님이 되려는 마인드가 필요할 것 같습니다.
