We've just had our best sushi ever and we've been Japan/London/Scandinavia
The ageing of the fish gives it such a unique texture and flavour that just melts on the mouth.
Every dish is expertly seasoned and a unique mouthful for each dish.
Loved the prawn and white truffle, but Spanish mackerel was a close second.
Must have been about 15 courses and chef was very helpful in explaining the best way to enjoy each course

Agree wish the chef would slow down slightly to help you take in how good the last course with. Please just give a few more minutes between each course or ask if we want to wait for the next one. Would have happily waited between courses. Think it may have been that chef wanted the courses at the perfect temperature and presentation
