Kuji Ramen — Restaurant in Busan

I usually don’t write a review But chef was really nice and food was also great , but you need to wait a line Even if I went there 10:40 , I wasn’t first customer , So I recommend you go there earlier than opening time , (since Korea summer is insanely hot , you can bring umbrella and handy fan ) the restaurant running time is quite short and when ingredients run out , closing time can be earlier so u can check the Instagram ,(@kuziramen) he uploads daily menu and when he has to close the restaurant earlier than designated time , and he notices through the insta ,so you can check it before you visit this restaurant, it could be seems a lot of work but it definitely worth it , I will visit this restaurant again for sure I hope this restaurant earns a lot of money And extend the size of...

건너건너 알게되어서 찾아간 라멘집 입니다 도착하자마자 크지 않고 아기자기한 가게의 규모와 함께 웨이팅 4팀 정도가 보였어요

가게 앞에는 웨이팅중이신 손님들께서 일광을 잠시나마 피하시라고 비치된듯한 공용 양산이 눈에 띄었어요 세심한 배려가 보기 좋았습니다

4팀 정도였는데 40분 정도 기다린 후 가게에 들어섰습니더 유독 테이블 회전이 느린 느낌이었다 싶더니 아니나 다를까 10석 이내의 다찌석과 주방은 사장님 한분만 계시더라구요 납득은 갔습니다

제가 갔던 날은 지로라멘과 라멘의 기본 쇼유라멘이 유독 눈에 들어와서 저는 쇼유라멘(₩9000)으로 하나 시켰습니다 아 참 메뉴는 날마다 살짝씩 변동이 있을 수 있어요 인스타로 영업 당일 공지 해 주십니다

메뉴를 시키고 그렇게 오래 기다리지 않아 메뉴가 나왔습니다 투박한 정통 쇼유라멘과는 거리감이 살짝 있는 화려한 토핑과 그릇이 귀여웠어요

맛은.... 일반적인 쇼유라멘은 짠맛과 굴간장 계열의 감칠맛이 좀 감돌거든요 그런데 여기는 간장+다시마+얕은가쓰오부시와 함께 단맛이 돌았어요 쇼유라멘에 적당한 단맛을 추가한것도 나쁘진 않지만 뭔가 끝맛이 길게 남게되는 단맛이라 조금 거슬렸습니다

맛은 있습니다 하지만 쇼유는 ₩9000의 값어치를 하는지는 잘 모르겠어요... 하물며 웨이팅을 감수하면서 까지 먹어야 할지도 감이 안잡히고요

집이 가깝거나 근처에 볼 일이 있으신 분들은 한번쯤 들러보시는것도 나쁘지 않겠습니다 저 또한 근처에 볼일이 있다면...
