Menu by Gordon Ramsay — Restaurant in Busan

I was very impressed with Gordon Ramsay’s Burger Restaurant. Located at Shinsegae Centum City Mall, near the food court. The decor here is very nice and beautiful - clean and simple, yet elegant. Great music and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were nice and professional - they took our order promptly and doubled checked it. Our food was served quickly. The manager that was there was great - very polite and courteous. Speaking of food… it was delicious. Ordered the onion rings, which were large and crispy. The fries were perfectly cooked - the perfect amount of texture and crunch. The star was the “Hell’s Kitchen” burger - AMAZING!!! I could’ve easily eaten another one because it was so delicious. Cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it.

It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it’s worth it. We had a fantastic dining experience.

Next time I’m back in Busan, I’ll be at Gordon Ramsay’s burger...

Fries and Milkshakes were great. Ordered the burgers at "Medium" temperature, but they were definitely medium-rare, practically rare / raw.

I ordered the Hells Kitchen Burger and cut it in half and was stricken with the smell of raw beef and extremely pink meat with barely any temperature or cooked outer part. It smelled like the raw ground beef before my mom made hamburgers! I was debating channeling my inner Gorden Ramsey and shouting "it's raw!!"

Still ate half of it so as to not waste the food but it was tasteless and the texture uncooked. The blue cheese burger was ordered Medium as well and was a bit better cooked, tasted pretty good but I think the blue cheese covered the meat taste. At least that burger didn't smell like raw meat!

This was our second time coming to this location. The hostess/manager remembered us and seated us promptly. (That has never happened to us before. Also we came at an off hour, 1530 hours.) She speaks great English and is very helpful when placing your order. She’s friendly and very accommodating. Now, for the food. We got the couple set that was a choice of a starter, choice of pasta, Caesar salad, steak with fries and two ade beverages.
