Sosa Bakery — Restaurant in Busan

As an American visiting Korea for the first time, Sosa was my favorite bakery I visited over the course of seven weeks (and I visited a lot of bakeries in SK). I’ve never visited a bakery as warm and inviting (or earth-like!) as Sosa, and it has such a unique charm that I think would be difficult to replicate anywhere else. For anyone visiting Busan, I would highly recommend that you try Sosa! It’s perfect for pictures, and it really feels like you’re stepping into a place that connects you with nature and is a part of the earth. I’ve tried many of their desserts — all 10/10 — and they taste exactly like the flavor they’re named for, instead of artificial flavors that you might find in other stores. I would also say that there are some flavors in their desserts that you can’t find in America, so if you’re looking for a Korean experience, this is the place to go! (Not to mention the packaging, which is one of my favorite parts!) While I found many of the bakeries in Korea to be delightful, this one definitely stood out to me the most. SOSA is truly amazing! I have never been to a bakery/cafe with such beautiful and unique interior design. The baked goods and drinks are also great, you can tell they put a lot of effort into making delicous goods with great ingredients and presentation. The service was great as well even as a foreigner....

카페 내부의 디자인이 마치 '현대식 동굴집이 있다면 이런걸까?' 라고 할것같이 분위기있고 독특하다 밀크티와 초코 갸또 케이크를 먹었다 밀크티는 달긴하나 우유의 부드러움과 블랙티의 향이 느껴지는 나쁘지않은 일반적인 밀크티였다 초코 갸또 케이크는 처음 포크로 찍으려고 시도하면 단단하고 찍기힘들어서 단단한 식감이 기대되지만 브라우니처럼 입안에서 녹으면서 티라미수 케이크처럼 부드럽게 초콜릿 맛이 느껴진다 음료는 다른 카페와 비슷하지만 갸또 케이크는 한번쯤 먹을만한 맛있는 맛이다 네크워크 있고 분위기가 좋아 느긋하게 대화하기 좋은 카페이다 가성비는 스타벅스정도로 평소에 시간이 있다면...
