Took the KTX from Seoul and headed straight to ์๋๋ฐ๋ฉด&๋ผ์ง๊ตญ๋ฐฅ right near Busan Station โ the perfect way to kick off a foodie weekend! ๐๐
The cold broth was super refreshing, and the chewy Busan-style wheat noodles just slid down so smoothly. That light, clean beef stock tastes simple at first but has a lovely depthโand TRUST, pouring the warm meat broth from the table pitcher into a cup gives you an extra hit of umami and just a touch of peppery spice. Itโs not too heavy, so I left feeling satisfied, not stuffed! ๐ฅข๐

ย ย ย Read moreOkay, the ๋ฐ๋ฉด is great but really it's the dumplings (๋ง๋) you need to have here. I love dumplings, they are my favourite food and I eat them everywhere.
I clearly rank these dumplings in my top five of all time. The texture of the wrapper is superb and it melts in your mouth. The filling is rich and delicious.
I got extra dumplings to take away, they were that good.
Also one of the few restaurants in Korea where I could strike up a good rapport with the serving staff. They seem pretty happy here.
