수아마노 — Restaurant in Chuncheon-si

New Yorkers are picky about Italian food and I’m pretty confident this is the best Italian food in Korea. We had an amazing meal: seafood crostini (chef’s creation and modern interpretation of haemul pajun), eggplant parm (one of their most popular dishes for good reason), spaghetti pomodoro, gnocchi (this is a must-eat, cooked perfectly with truffle sauce), steak (cook perfectly), candied grapefruit and homemade tiramisu. Everything we had was cooked so well and delicious. The restaurant is also charming, perched on a hill overlooking Chuncheon. Perfect for a date night or a family reunion. Authentic Italian food. Best in Korea, no doubt. The chef went to culinary school in northern Italy so he knows what he's doing. Also, its reasonably priced for fine italian dining. We've tried restaurants all over northern Italy and New York City. This is the best of the best!

The place is small and clean. The staff is very friendly and explains each dish. For appetizers we had the chef's Italian interpretation of Korean Haemul Pajeon. Very tasty! We also had an eggplant lasagna that was amazing. For the primis we had mildly spicy shrimp spaghetti dish, a mushroom and beef pasta (rigatoni) with truffle sauce. 춘천의 핫플(?)로 자리매김한 육림고개에 있는 이탈리안 레스토랑입니다. 두번다 영업을 안하는 일요일에 찾아가서 못먹었고 드디어 세번째 만에 먹어봤네요 결론부터 말씀드리면 강력추천 드립니다 입구는 오래되어 보이는 대문을 들어가면 육림포차라는 술집이 하나 있고 초록색 문의 수아마노가 있습니다 아마 일반 가정집을 리모델링 한듯하네요 내부는 5개의 테이블이 있고 따뜻한 분위기입니다 예약을 받으니 주말이나 특별한 날에는 예약하고 가시는 걸 추천드립니다

메뉴는 해물크로스티니 강원도감자뇨끼 채끝버섯크림소스리가토니 이렇게 총 3개랑 시켰습니다

메뉴 하나하나마다 간단히 설명해 주는것도 좋았구요 플레이팅과 맛까지 제대로 된 요리를 먹는 느낌입니다 평소에 이탈리안 요리를 좋아해서 이탈리안 레스토랑을 찾아다니는데 이곳은 춘천에서 먹기 힘든 맛이었습니다
