Since we were at the beach, we decided to explore the area and stumbled upon Hyeopjae the Kkotdon. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the shore, and the black pork was absolutely delicious! 😋 Although most of them can't speak English well, there isn't any problem ordering. They will help to grill the meat. Service was good.

Went on 14.04.25 Mon for dinner around 6pm Managed to find a table but the place get filled up fast. Ordering is simply gesturing to the English menu & a bit of my pathetic Korean words But the staffs seems to understand. They grilled on our behalf & we simply the black pork 600g at 66krw is worth paying for.

Food was exceptional! Am lost for words. We got the black pork and pork collar for meat, kimchi soup, abalone rice and cold noodles (naengmyeon). The place speaks English and the waitor was extremely attentive to us, refilling the side dishes immediately when we finished them. Highly recommended.

The staff didn't speak English, but the young man who grilled the meat for me gestured on how I should enjoy it best. The windows facing the sunset were wide open, but the air conditioning was on, so I had the best of both worlds. Price for 2 servings of meat came up to SGD42, Just perfect

Black pig was awesome, service was awesome too, would totally recommend it and will definitely come again. Do be prepared to wait, we came on a weekday night and waited 20mins for a table of 5. However there's a dedicated waiting place on level 2 which made it better

Saw many great reviews and decided to be greedy and try it out despite being full. Pretty standard bbq and they do take the effort to ensure that the meat is cooked to perfection. But still the black pork was a tad dry and not as flavorful. But still quite decent.
