KFC 제주시청점 — Restaurant in Jeju

A great product but really poor servic. Went out of our way to go here to get a take away and could not get exactly what we wanted. None of us like the dark meat (usually in other countries you can specify wings, breast etc. but not here) we were told you get 2 pieces of each cut in a 8 piece bucket. So as not to waste the trip we decided to order. To do so you have to punch your order into a big Smart phone screen and pay by inserting the a card. No human interaction at all until they call your number and give you your order. Once we got home afyer a 20 min drive there was only 7 pieces in the bucket. KFC 블랙라벨 치킨을 좋아해서 종종 들립니다. 위생적으로 관리가 잘 되고 화장실도 깨끗한 곳이라 좋아요.

매달 11일의 올데이 치킨나이트 날에는 매장 규모에 비해 지나치게 손님들이 몰려서 대기가 깁니다(최소 40분은 잡아야함). 시간 감안해서 무조건 KFC 어플 징거벨 오더로 미리 주문해놓아야 불편하지 않게 방문할 수 있어요.

직원분들도 친절하시지만 매장이 혼잡할 땐 정말 장난아니게 혼잡하기도 해서 미리 감안해서 방문하시는 게 좋아요.

어플이나 카톡 채널에서 쿠폰을 자주 뿌리는데 쿠폰가로 구매하면 가성비가 제법 괜찮아져서 어플...

제주시 유일한 Kfc라 진짜 항상 사람 밀리는듯..

특히 저녁 9시 이후 1+1시간에는 최소 20분이상 대기각.. 앉아서 기다릴 자리도 없음

주차가 헬이고 요청사항 적어놔도 보질 않아 받을때 물어보면 그제서야 챙겨줌

8번정도 갔는데 요청 사항 제대로 미리 해준적이 한번도 없고 주문한걸 빼먹은 것도 두번임ㅜ
