The rooms were clean and housekeeping was available daily. The reception staff do know a bit of English which was definitely helpful.

Check-in time is 2pm. And the earliest you can check-in is 10am. They charge 10,000 Won per hour of early check-in. I requested late check-out by an hour, for which I wasn't charged.

Room has basic amenities - fridge, kettle, two mugs for tea/coffee, tv. There's a WiFi router in every room which makes the connection reliable and strong. They provide two small bottles of water everyday. Anything extra you'll have to buy in your own.

Bathroom has the essentials. Though no toothbrush and toothpaste, which they do mention is in order to reduce wastage.

The rubbish bin in the room is really small. So try your best to reduce your wastage.

Fitness centre is located at the basement. There's hardly anyone there ever.

There's a 24hr 7/11 right beside the lobby of the hotel. You can buy water and any other basic necessities from there. I also bought my T-Money travel card from that 7/11.

The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast, from 7:30am to 10am. Entry for breakfast closes at 9:30am. If the breakfast is not already part of your booking, it's charged 13,000 Won per person. They have a mix of American breakfast (sausage, bacon, bread, butter, juice, etc) and various Korean items. I wouldn't say it's sumptuous, but it's more than enough to ensure you are not hungry.

The staff are cordial, especially if you try to respect their culture and try to communicate in Korean. I would say thank you in Korean and that made all the difference in my overall...

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Jeju City and close to the airport. |There is free parking for the hotel guests (or maybe more like valet parking since you do have to hand over your car for the valets to park the car). ||Check in and check out was smooth. ||Now onto the rooms. I got a twin room. It was super large. Enough to do cartwheels (if I was so inclined, which I did not.)|The beds were nice and firm. The bathroom was also large, and I must say the hair products that was provided really did wonders for my hair. My hair never looked so shiny after the wash (but I sidetrack). ||You can request for a bathrobe from the front desk if you need one, otherwise it won't be provided in the rooms. Actual slippers, and not the disposable kind is provided which is mighty thoughtful, since most hotels only provide disposable ones which if it gets wet, can be so icky. ||The laundry room is also a lifesaver after having spent days without washing my clothes. Supposedly the laundry room is open from 9a to 9pm, but I don't think they actually enforce those rules. If you don't have detergent, it's ok. You can buy detergent and dryer sheet for 1k won. All washing machine, dryer and packets can be purchased with credit card. Super convenient. ||If you are hungry during dinner, the hotel restaurant turns into a BGC chicken outlet in the evenings. Or you can head to 7-11 or Holly's located right beside the hotel. ||The only downside to the hotel is that when entering and exiting the parking garage, it can be quite dangerous, since its such a narrow lane that comes in...

My experience with the parking facilities at the hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite available space, we were denied parking, leaving us to wonder if this was a form of discrimination towards foreigners. However, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Situated in the heart of the northern city center, the hotel's location is highly convenient. Although the staff insisted on parking at another location, we encountered issues with the car park gantry, resulting in a lengthy queue of up to 20 minutes. The walk from this alternative parking area to the hotel takes approximately 5 minutes, so be prepared for the winter wind and rain if directed there. On a positive note, the hotel offers washing machine facilities. However, it was puzzling that they restricted usage to certain times. Considering the machines are located at the top of the building, noise pollution should not have been a significant concern. Despite these challenges, the hotel's convenient location and smooth check-in/out process somewhat offset the parking woes.

Rooms are very nice, service is polite on the surface, but there is a huge difference between how the hotel staff treat their domestic Korean hotel guests and the way they treat their international guests. The breakfast served is not exactly top of the line, which is expected from a three star hotel, but their Coffee which should meet a basic minimum standard falls far short of expectations. Their disgusting machine coffee is so below par, it's a wonder anyone can even consume it. There are also no tea or non-coffee options unless you count concentrated juices. The worst part of my stay was too much noise on my floor by people slamming their doors loudly and disturbing the peace for several hours past midnight until 2am in the morning. Really unpleasant stay at this hotel, will not be visiting again. The only reason I'm giving them a two star review instead of a one star review is because of the excellent quality of their rooms. It's the only thing keeping them afloat.
