Probably closer to 3.5 if I had to score it. They mainly do blood sausage and oppal soup and nothing much else so if you don't like heavy soups this isn't the place for you. The blood sausage is real thick.. not size wise but consistency wise. You can taste the gritty texture of the congealed blood.. which gives it a unique and authentic feel/taste. I wanted to try this meal and I wasnt dissapointed. I wouldnt normally eat pig offal due to past experience but this was very good indeed. No nasty smell or flavour, very clean. The blood sausage reminded me slightly of blood sausage at home. Seamed a lot more blood in it than ones Ive tried in markets before, this was much higher quality and very tasty. The soup stock was really nice. Probably the most filling meal Ive encountered in Korea so far. Thank you
