Went to eat dinner with my parents. Sat down to look at the menu and the waitress immediately came to take our order. As it was our first time here, we were still debating on what to get. Not even a minute later, the waitress huffs that we’re taking too long, slaps down the menu sheet on the table and storms off. Needless to say, I was shocked. The blood sausage is real thick.. not size wise but consistency wise. You can taste the gritty texture of the congealed blood.. which gives it a unique and authentic feel/taste.
