This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This is my second time giving this establishment a chance and I regret it! Firstly if you’re from the south like me, you will be highly disappointed. There’s nothing southern about this food. The first time I ordered from here about 8 months ago I got the oxtail. Never have I ever in my life had oxtail that refuses to come off the bone! I threw the whole dish away. Fast forward to today I ordered (from shuttle) a quesadilla for my kid that came with a side of HAIR CHUNKS. I also ordered the Hennessy bbq wings with rice & peas(they were out of stock), green beans, potato salad banana pudding. Shuttle let me know they were out of the base(rice) option I chose so I changed it to Jollof Rice. I received plain tasteless white rice. The green beans were undercooked and barley seasoned. The potato salad was an absolute disgrace. Not only was it ice cold but the potatoes were barley even cooked! It tasted like nothing. The saddest potato salad I’ve ever took a bite of. The only thing that was edible were the wings and the banana pudding. Please save your money. I just wanted a taste of some good home cooking and boy was this a...

I was craving an American home style breakfast, so my friend and I decided to give this place a try. When we arrived, there was no one around to seat us, so we sat down and waited. After 20 minutes of waiting, we had to track down the waitress ourselves. I ordered the steak omelette, which took an hour to arrive. When it finally did, it was one of the worst omelettes I’ve ever had—soggy, and to top it off, there was a hair in it. My friend ordered the chicken wrap, and the waitress informed him after serving it that they were out of bacon and had substituted ham instead. The menu listed three soups, but when my friend was asked to choose one, the waitress told us they only had chicken noodle available. Throughout our visit, we could hear arguing and the sounds of things falling in the kitchen. The waitress was both awkward and rude, and she seemed visibly upset when I didn’t tip after this disastrous experience. I truly don’t understand how this place has a 4.0 rating. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go...

2nd visit - The fish friday combos are really yummy! The drink specials too. We had the huge fried fish & shrimp baskets. All reasonably priced & fried to perfection. Not greasy. I added an extra fish to my order which was perfect. --‐-----------‐----

Went for the fathers day brunch w/ my husband and we really enjoyed our meals. I'd love to try more as my family dined there the day before after thinking the business was closed. The fried fish was yummy and crisp! My husband loved his smothered lamb. We heard great things about the whole fried wings which looked really good. The oxtails were a hit with my family as well. All the sides were yummy! The lemonade was delicious. Once the kinks of the new location (next door is the old location) I hope the business does well. I did not use the restroom but saw...

It's basically the only diner by Camp Humphreys. It still gives you that diner feel and it's a very spacious restaurant. Has all day breakfast as well as other diner items. The omelet is what I had and it could use a little seasoning. The coffee was also very light. The employees didn't bring that diner feel and could possibly bring up their smiles a bit more. All in all if you want the American Diner feel then this place will scratch the itch.
