Had gambas, anchovie pasta and lamb racks.
The word I would use to describe the food is simply quality. Fresh, good quality ingredients makes the food taste amazing.
Lamb rack came with Dijon mustard and some mushrooms. Simple and delicious, I'm sorry to the owner for my bad table manners since I went all viking on the lamb and chewed off every last piece 😅
The gambas must use a good quality olive oil, because it was really delicious! Me and my friend had to order extra bread (home made by the owner) so that we could scoop up all the deliciousness!
The anchovie pasta was perfect, with al dente pasta and delicious anchovie sauce 😋
Large selection of high quality wine and beer and it seems that there is some stronger alcohol available as well. Corkage fee also seemed possible, next time I might bring a nice whiskey 🙂
Location is just perfect, with an almost panorama view of the ocean and 4 minutes walking distance from the Songaksan mountain. I reccomend doing the Songaksan lap before coming because you are going to eat a lot 😄
The two owners were very friendly and attentive. Despite the high quality of the food, the atmosphere was more of having dinner at a friend's house and not a stiff "fine dining-ish" feeling.

This unassuming, quirky little establishment is serving up some of the best Italian and Spanish cuisine I’ve ever experienced.
Fortunate to be lucky enough to have dined at some of the European Michelin heavy weights (Aroma - Rome, Koffmanns - London, and many other famous restaurants around Europe) this homely restaurant are matching the culinary standards without the stuffiness and nonsense that generally come with fine dining.
We didn’t pry but I can only assume this incredible team have been classically trained, each dish was explained at the table by the chef. What was most impressive all ingredients (bar olive oil and lamb) were local to Jeju. Big shout out to the bread, freshly made, absolutely incredible.
Any western or eastern traveler wanting to experience true European cuisine should visit. The wine list is fantastic and affordable, the food is out of this world. How this restaurant isn’t popping up on every blog or foodie publication is beyond me - get it while you can!
Thank you for an utterly surprising meal, your passion is evident...
