Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we did! The restaurant is operated by a husband and wife duo, the husband is very friendly and the wife speaks mandarin which makes it easier for foreigners. They are very down to earth and do not upsell. For our party of 4, the lady boss advised that the medium seafood pot is adequate as the large would be excessive. The seafood pot comes with many clams, mussels, abalone and prawns. The broth was flavourful and not too spicy. I particularly like the abalone fried rice that was on the house. The banchan was very home made and ramyeon/rice was free flow on the house. Strongly recommend trying out this place for Haemultang(Seafood Stew) if you are in the Yongmeori Coast area! You will also be dinning with a million dollar ocean view!

Very delicious and fresh (live!!) Korean style abalone hotpot! A set for three person cost W$60,000 which is super worthful! In this set, you’ll get 2 dried fish fillet, 6 abalone sashimi (raw, live and still moving abalone) and in side the hotpot you get a whole crab, some crayfishes, some scallops, some mussels, some clams which is full of fresh seafoods! We three ate them all and it is a meal big enough for all day. Highly recommended! Thanks for the recommendations from our chartered driver!!

My first seafood stew experience in Jeju and definitely a thumbs up! Lady boss speaks mandarin which makes our ordering so much easier. As we don’t eat raw abalone, she cooked them in butter for us. She and hubby are friendly and hospitable. She even gave us tangerines she just picked. Sat on floor mats by the window which gave us a picturesque view of the sea. Lovely place .. will come again.
