Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we did!
The restaurant is operated by a husband and wife duo, the husband is very friendly and the wife speaks mandarin which makes it easier for foreigners.
They are very down to earth and do not upsell. For our party of 4, the lady boss advised that the medium seafood pot is adequate as the large would be excessive. The seafood pot comes with many clams, mussels, abalone and prawns. The broth was flavourful and not too spicy. I particularly like the abalone fried rice that was on the house. The banchan was very home made and ramyeon/rice was free flow on the house.

As we don’t eat raw abalone, she cooked them in butter for us. She and hubby are friendly and hospitable. She even gave us tangerines she just picked.
