I can't say enough wonderful things about this seafood and fish restaurant! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and the irresistible aroma of the ocean's finest delicacies. This place truly has it all when it comes to a seafood lover's paradise.

As a Singaporean-Chinese, the restaurants I chose to eat in Korea were suppose to have some standards, but this service was pretty bad. We spoke English at first, and switched to Chinese after a staff asked if we were Chinese. But when we got served by another staff, she did not know how to speak chinese and called us ‘中国人’ (China people) to her colleague for help. That did not offend us but might offend others. The female staff, who originally served us to our seat, came to her rescue, but got impatient when we asked for another explanation to eat the dish, she mentioned ‘我不是跟你们说了吗？’ (did I not explain it already?) which is mildly informal in terms of Chinese. (Time of incident, 3rd January 2025 at 8pm+)

By the way, our main language is English, not Chinese, so she might have thought we can understand her rapid Chinese sentences…really poor service, had to drive back in a takeaway box after because that ruined our appetites.

Anyways, fish was cooked really well. Portions were huge, with the seaweed soup being pretty tasty. Not a strong instant miso taste that some restaurants have - a positive sign. I was quite full before entering, but the side dishes removed any...

As a foreigner, I would rate this as a good experience but I don't see a reason to come back again. I ordered set B. The fish is apparently unique but I don't see why you can't use any other fish since it is either boiled in the sweet chilli sauce, or fully deep fried.

It requires quite a bit of effort to get a booking here but thankfully they accept walk-ins. The wait for wait in during lunch time was about 40mins. We decided to give it try given the crazy amount of reviews and high rating. Turns out as some of the other reviews have mentioned, they are giving out free tumblers for every 2 Google reviews.
