This is built on a huge scale. You really need to devote most of your day to be able to see everything the Botanical Garden has to offer. There are various country themed gardens to walk around including Korean, Japanese, French and Italian. If you don't feel you can walk around the vast centre, there is a train that will take you around each garden along the paths that weave through the botanical garden. After enjoying a walk around the outside gardens, you can stop, have a bite to eat and something to drink, so you can re-energize yourself ready for your walk around the internal botanical gardens held within the massive greenhouse facility. There are an immense number of gardens to see within the Botanical Garden greenhouse. Each one has a different theme, just like the outside gardens, which include tropical, water, flowers , Fruit and Jungle. The Yeomiji Botanical Garden is a must see attraction. You do not have to be a gardening enthusiast to enjoy it. It is a nice way to spend a day either solo, or with family and friends. Well worth the visit.

one of the best botanical gardens out there...mainly bc of their glass garden building (the outdoor themed gardens are nothing special). but the glass dome garden is amazing. so many types of plants and flowers and cacti. i love the separate gardens for cacti (the coolest), tropical fruits (makes me want to try all those fruits), aqua, flowers, jungle, tropical. the landscaping is superb and well maintained. admission is only 10,000. how do they manage to take care of all those plants?! everything is so pretty.

What type crazy person would pay 12k each to enter a botanical garden. We did and enjoyed it. Inside the glasshouse was very interesting and had varied themed gardens. There is an observation deck also. Some outside gardens were shabby and in the case of the Italian garden - was unmaintained and an area treated as storage area for old chairs and bits and pieces - actually just like some parts of Italy! However, not worth 12k per adult. Gallery was closed also.

Located on the nearby tourist spots in jeju. You can find different species of plants and a lot of varieties. You will pay an entrance fee of 10000 won. The place is so big you can even ride a train to tour around the place. It is divided into different themes and ive seen plants from other countries as well. I really enjoyed seeing different cactus here. If you are nature lover and looking for a place to explore this place might be the one.

Someone said it’s a perfect spot for a rainy day in Jeju, but it’s wrong!!! Don’t get me wrong, the glasshouse garden was big, impressive and pretty, but the outside garden was prettier. And on the rainy day, you can’t see Hallasan and the views…. I think it will be great to pack lunch on a sunny day and enjoy the beautiful garden all day.

Not worth paying KRW 12,000 per person to visit this botanical garden. The garden is unkept and poorly managed - other than a few patches of flowers and lawn. The ponds have bad stench and even seen rubbish in the bushes. You may be better parking your car there and walk down to Cheonjiyeon waterfall by crossing the Seonim bridge.
