This is my second time visiting Orrrn. And each time I visit I am reminded of why I like this cafe and why I like Jeju.
Orrrn is tastefully designed. With a few distinctive spaces for different customers with various needs.
First there is the first floor space with the cashier and cake display panel. The front of this cafe faces the sea and the back is greeted by carefully curated foliage.
Then right by this is the mezzanine area. This was the spot I spent time at when I first visited. It has floor to ceiling windows but instead of chairs and tables, it takes on a more industrial concept with extended concrete steps for you to sit and space out.
Go up and you will find another space with a circular skylight. Rather dramatic architectural feature, casting a direct spotlight onto the brick flooring drawing attention to the geometry of the furnishings. This space also faces and sea and is great for conversations.

It’s cold out there so people are mostly huddled in the indoor spaces, and seating is designed to face the ocean. There’s also a balcony on the second floor that you can run out to for some photos. The coffee was food, and while people mostly cleared their own trays, we saw the staff go around wiping down surfaces often. At least one of the staff spoke good english, and were also very polite and helpful.
