맛은 체인이다 보니 동일. 하지만 서비스는 경복궁 중에 최악.

첫째 예의없는 서빙 종업원. 코로나 무섭지도 않은지 손님이 왜 많이 오냐고 투덜거리는게 밥먹는 손님에게 할 말인가? 그릇은 싸구려 밥집처럼 던지듯이 툭툭 놓고, 서빙하면서 다른 직원에게 짜증난다고 불평불만. 식당이란게 맛 뿐만 아니라 서비스를 먹는 곳임. 친절한 오천원짜리 백반이 싸가지 없는 십만원짜리 갈비보다 백배 낫다.

둘째 너무나 시끄럽고 소란스러움. 이럴거면 집앞 저렴한 삼겹살 집을 가지 룸으로 되어 있는 곳을 가는 이유가 있나? 서빙하고 문도 제대로 안 닫아서 먹다가 매번 닫아야했음. 문이나 똑바로 닫으면 좀 낫지 않았을까? 전반적으로 경복궁 체인점 중...
