우연히 찾아 방문했는데 너무 괜찮은 맥주전문 펍. 청담동 골목안쪽에 위치하며, 상호명부터 유명한 벨기에 수도원맥주인 그림버겐(Grimbergen) 이라 특이하다. 사장님이 처음 수입해서 판매한 맥주라서 가게이름을 그렇게 지었다고 한다. 실내 중간쯤에 맥주 진열장이 설치되어 있는데, 벨기에 맥주 위주로 유명한 맥주가 다양하게 진열되어 있다. 바이젠이나 IPA등 몇가지 생맥주도 제공하지만, 주로 벨기에산 병맥주를 위주로 판매하는 집이다. 일반 상점에서는 보기 어려운 고가의 수도원 맥주도 여러종류가 있다. 맥주매니아라면 꼭 방문해 봐야할 장소라는 생각이 든다. 맥주 외에 와인, 샴페인, 위스키나 칵테일도 마실수 있다. 맥주맛도 좋고 사장님도 친절하시고, 좋은 분위기에서 맥주를 즐길수 있어 좋았다.
