다운타우너 잠실 — Restaurant in Seoul

My wife and I showed up about 10 minutes after they opened (11:40ish) There was only 1 other table there, so we quickly ordered and by the time our burgers came, every table was full with a line waiting outside.

I went with my wife and we got a couple burgers and fries. She got the avocado burger, I got a double truffle burger and we split bacon cheese fries. Definitely in my top 5 burgers in Seoul. The truffle burger was juicy and delicious. It came with American cheese, the right amount of grilled onions and a bit too much truffle mayo. It was a greasey, glorious mess. The avocado burger was also great. However, I am not a big fan of lettuce and tomatoes on my burger and my wife is not a big fan of me not being a big fan of lettuce and tomato.

The fries were crinkle cut, which is not my favorite, but they were hot and crispy and the toppings we're good.

The woman at the table next to me got the shrimp burger. It looked good and she seemed to enjoy it, but my wife said it would be weird if I took a picture of her and her burger, pfff. I think I'll try that next.

This place is not so kid-friendly. The burgers have way too much black pepper, making them too spicy for young kids to enjoy them. I ordered a cheeseburger and avocado burger to-go for my kid and myself, respectively. And, I have to say that there was enough black pepper to taste the heat. My child only had fries, but sadly they were a bit soggy after 20 minutes or so. The food and service were not bad, but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to come here. They do have valet parking, and it's 3,000 won. You could also use the valet service for the donut place right...

The burger in this place is awesome. One of the best burgers I ever try in my life. I definitely recommended for any burger lovers out there. Make sure you go there with time because you might have to wait like 10 to 20 minutes to be seated. The whole time I was there it was a line. My kid love the cheese burger. My wife got the avocado burger and after the first bite, she order a second burger because she love it. I had the double cheeseburger and it was very delicious. Definitely will come...
