아침 일하다 배고파서 들른 곳 오전 10...식사돼나요? 11시 오픈이시라고..너무 배고파서요 했는데 들어오라고 하셨음. 김치가 진짜 맛있음. 사장님이 직접 담구신다고 어쩐지~ 비빔메밀과 잔치국수&전병셋트 비빔 고명도 많고 양도 많음 양념도 맛남 잔치국수 면이 특이함 옥수수면인가 노랗고 엄청 얇음 그래서인지 빨리 퍼짐 ㅜㅜ 양도 많아서 아침을 배터지게 먹음 전병 맛은 연하지만 안에 무채가 있어 식감도 좋음

맛 ...있습니다 용문시장이 많이 알려지지않음에도 불구하고 시장안에서 메밀맛있기로 소문난 곳입니다 홀서빙하는 아줌마가 주인보다 더 큰소리를 내서 조금 그렇지만... 문을 열어 놓기 때문에 여름엔 처음 들어서면 덥다는 생각이 듭니다 그래서 맛있음에도 불구하고 여름엔 자주 못 갑니다 주방이 바로 옆에 가까이 있어서 그 열기가 바로 느껴지기 때문입니다 그러나 맛은 있습니다 겨울엔 온메밀을 팔아서 겨울에도 ...

냉메밀 비빔메밀 추천. 겨울에만 파는 온메밀은 칼국수 느낌 비슷하고 냉메밀보다 면발의 탄력이 떨어짐. 특히 국물이 뜨겁다 보니 냉메밀을 먹을 때 청량한 맛이 반감됨. 전병은 건강한 맛으로 살짝 싱겁다 느낄 수 있음. 따로 간장 소스는 없고, 전병 내부는 김치소로 채워져있음. 점심에 사람 많아 술 주문이 어려우나 상냥한 목소리로 막걸리 하나만 먹으면 안되냐고 물어보면 허락해주심. 11시 정도가면 사람 없음.
