The hotel was huge.
Staffs were ever ready to serve you.
Room was spacious but the light switch was hard to locate. Hidden in the phone. The toilet/shower was nicely designed but not suitable for our purpose as it has no lock and not properly covered even though it had sliding doors. Toothbrush/paste set, you need to get them at the pillar in front of the front desk.
Toilet bidet could be slightly confusing for foreigners. On the remote shows the water spray but no matter how it was pressed, no nozel will come out. So had to use tissue. Toilet bowl mentioned auto-flush after 6 seconds but after a few tries, I realized I had wasted quite a few 6-seconds in the toilet.
The room was equipped with power outlet that accepts international power plug.
Food choice - 7/10 Food taste - 4/10 (bland and cold) It was very thoughtful the include a cute pig icon to indicate it's not halal. I had filled my drink to later discover it had bugs..
Last day at the lobby, there was a human poo right in front of the front desk. A patron's daughter had to inform the front desk. Although they were calm but the poo was left there for patrons to avoid-at-your-own-risk without barricades, until another patron-facing employee had to pick it up with tissue paper. Not someone from the cleaning department?
The lobby has a small corner to play ps5. Not sure it was to promote a particular game or was a...

The hotel is perfectly located in Yongsan
right next to both the metro and train stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There’s also a shopping mall and a grocery store immediately adjacent, so it’s an ideal spot to start your holiday and venture out from.
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Be sure not to miss the rooftop—it features both a swimming pool and a fantastic restaurant. On the 34th floor, there’s another stunning restaurant where you can enjoy drinks or a meal while taking in a breathtaking 360° view of the city. There’s even a glass-bottom floor for a bit of extra excitement....
Read moreThere are currently no buses from Incheon International Airport to the hotel in March 2025. It is inconvenient to take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. The price of a cup of Americano in the hotel lobby cafe is ₩15000 (AUD $16.70). Overall, room service prices and breakfast prices seem to be set high, so they are hesitant to use them. I hope the policy will change to see if hotels must be sold at a high price. Even if you go to a five-star hotel in Sydney, Australia, you can easily use a cup of coffee for about $6, and if you have a room service menu steak, it is about $50. In Korea, hotels are...
