CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall — Local services in Seoul

Supposedly the 'best movie experience in Korea.' I don't think so. I watched "The Creator" on their flagship IMAX theater on Oct 3 24:00. There was a major problem with their laser projector which resulted in 4 short incidents of white-outs, and then more than half of the movie was projected in a darker, off-color blue hue. Although they were fully aware of the happening, the only apology I received was a single-line text message saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience," even after I have called in to explicitly complain about the incident. I'm absolutely furious at their subpar coping ability. After research, I learned that this kind of b.s. service is not uncommon from Yongsan CGV, and I advise whoever read my long complaint to try the premium screens elsewhere.

This modern but old-time-cinema themed movie theatre has an enormous space and many muti-featured movie rooms such as Imax, screen X(expanded movie screen experence), 4DX, etc. The snack bars are well equipped and the staffs are well trained. They provide a sophosticated entertainment experience. They even operate a karaoke booth inside of it! Also, there is the well-know Korean spa opening 24/7, called Dragon Hill Spa near from this cinema. You can combine two memorable experiences.

How to get there: If you are coming from KTX or metro, you should get out of from exit 2 and then on your left side, there is an escalator or steps.
