진작다이닝 — Restaurant in Seoul

Drinks taste like soju although it has beautiful color. You can pour it to the wood first and sit there for a while. From the wood to the glass, you can feel the wood smell on your drinks. Hutomaki is pretty big size for one bite. Fresh and interesting taste. Maje pasta is hard to explain the taste but it’s so good. It has some peanuts and minced meat with yellow yolk. A little nutty with soy paste but also has meat flavor. It combines very well with the pasta noodle. Fries are fresh but feels a little pricy. For Salmon rice, you can vanish soy sauce on your salmon. It makes a little fun before you try the food. Unfriendly staff but good service. FYI: i went here on Saturday 11:20am since they open 11:30am. Around 10couples already ahead of me. I could get in when they open but it seems a little busy...

Great sushi and pasta. Suprised to see a restaurant actually serving truffle pasta without using truffle oil. That was a good sign 👌. The food was gret pasta was flavorful and the sushi was perfect not fishy at all and tasted very fresh. The shiso ade was a really well made drink. Overall a good experience i think some of the pasta dishes could be improved on slightly but all in all it was good and i would eat here again...

This place is like a little garden. Big enough and no crashes each other. Feels like outside but inside. Staffs are kind and food comes out quick enough This place, the reason I chose is hutomaki Hutomaki is very big and yum and fresh Donkatsu also was fresh meat and good taste. Everything was reasonable...
