2023년 12월 짬뽕가격 7천원, 짜장가격 5천원의 가성비 로 가는곳 주문하면 바로 재료 볶고 시작함. 센불에 볶아 불맛이 좋다. 국물이 진하고 걸쭉해서 밥이랑 먹기 좋은데 간이 약하다. 그래도 계속 퍼먹게 됨. 면은 퍼지지 않고 탱탱하다. 고기 더 들어간 메뉴 있으면 좋을듯. 만두는 하나에 5-600원 꼴이라 딱 그맛. 튀김두껍고 속 적고.. 가격올려서 퀄리티 올리거나 물만두도 팔았으면 좋겠음.

교동짬뽕중에 6.7점 정도 개인적으로 7.5점이 평균.. 회사근처에서 교동스러운 짬뽕을 먹을수 있다는건 위안.. (20년전부터 강릉본점부터 전국 교동스타일을 대부분 맛본 입맛기준)

두달전에 맛이 괜찮아서 다시 재방문 했습니다. 맛이 없어요. 그냥 맛이 없어요. 여쭤보니 짜다는 손님때문에 싱겁게 할거라고 하시는데 착각하신거 같아요. 이건 싱거운게아니라 맛이 없는겁니다. 착각하시면 안됩니다.. 짜장 짬뽕 심지어 탕수육은 소스 부어주신건 둘째치고 소스맛이 아예 안나요. 입맛이 이상한가싶어 옆에있던 식초도 먹어봤습니다. 제 입맛은 그대로더라구요. 다시 원래의 맛으로 돌아오길 바라며...
