This famous restaurant has a history of specializing in (soy) bean cooking and offers various tasty tofu dishes as well as vegan cold soy bean noodle soup (์ฝฉ๊ตญ์), red bean soups (ํฅ์นผ๊ตญ์, ๋์งํฅ์ฃฝ) and acorn jelly salad (๋ํ ๋ฆฌ๋ฌต ๋ฌด์นจ).
The soy bean residue from their tofu production (biji ๋น์ง) is available for anyone to take home with them outside the restaurant. Koreans use these for cooking dishes such as biji stew or biji pancakes. Individual portions of biji are packaged in plastic bags.

Their specialty- oyster pancake is super fresh and yummy. My first time having oyster pancake.
Another first - the sundubu we had is white and non-spicy. Another refreshing first for me. Tofu tastes fresh and homemade.
Very lucky to come by when there was a break in queues, we were seated right away.
