Great bakery cafe near Sinnonhyeon/Gangnam station! The Salt Cream Coffee was unique and perfectly balanced—rich espresso with a savory cream topping that added a special twist. My favorite was the Fig Mugwort Earl Grey Sand Bagel: soft, earthy flavors from the mugwort and earl grey cream, lots of fresh figs, and a great chewy bagel base. The Dirty Choco Pain au Chocolat was decadent but not overly sweet, with a deep cocoa taste and moist crumb. I also loved the savory Pastry Sausage—crispy layers outside and juicy sausage inside made it a filling snack. The Choco Madeleine was a lovely finish: small but packed with chocolate flavor, moist, and perfect with coffee. soooooo many cafes in Gangnam S.Korea but I must say this was my absolute favorite latte. I went with a pumpkin 🎃 pie slice which was also very tasty. Nice crust. Was not too sweet and just the right size. Rich whipped cream on top, which was nice and full, not foamy and soft. I cant remember the name of my latte but it was definitely my favorite from all the lattes i had on my vacation in Seoul. The staff was very polite.
