여기는 골목식당 뚝섬편에 나왔던 곳입니다. 그때 출연했던 총 4군데 식당중에 유일하게 솔루션을 활용해서 매상을 유지하고 있는 가게인듯. 원래는 샐러드 전문점이었다가 솔루션이 업종전환으로 나와서 쌀국수로 품목을 변경했었죠. 누룽지 쌀국수라고 특이점이 있는 메뉴를 메인 아이템으로 잡았네요. 약간 독특하고 국내 정서에도 맞는 음식 같아요. 일반 쌀국수보다 조금 더 구수한 느낌이고 국물도 진한 편. 매장이 상당히 좁은데 인테리어에는 투자를 꽤 하셨네요. B&O 스탠딩 스피커만 봐도...ㅎㅎㅎ. 전체적으로 여성분들이 약간 더 선호할만한 분위기이고, 무엇보다 가격대(기본 쌀국수 6천원)가 저렴한 편이라 근처에 우후죽순 생기고 있는 쌀국수집들에 비해서도 경쟁력이 있는 것 같습니다.

1.시설 밖에 더운날씨에 비해 내부는 아주 시원했음. 깔끔하고 분위기 좋음. 2. 서비스 사장님 왕대박 친절하심. 메뉴, 먹는방법 등 설명도 친절하고 자세하게 알려주심. 그리고 tv에 나오시던것보다 훨씬 인상 좋으심 ㅋㅋ 3.맛 본인은 누룽지 우삼겹 쌀국수, 지인은 고기가 더 많은 담백 산더미 우삼겹 쌀국수를 먹었는데, 전반적으로 든든함이 느껴질 정도로 양은 충분하다 느낌. 평소 쌀국수 먹을때 면은 다먹어도 국물은 남기는편인데, 사장님 추천으로 고춧가루 뿌려서 먹었다가 바닥까지 흡입함; 누룽지는 잘개 부셔서 면 먹다보면 뿔어서 먹기 편해지는데 이거 JMT. 4.편의 뚝섬역에서 5분정도 거리. 주차는 되는지 모르겠음.
