If you’re strolling through Seoul Forest, you absolutely must make a pit stop at this charming café. It’s got that sleek and minimalist vibe going on, and the view? Well, it’s nothing short of magical. Picture this: you’re sipping your coffee amidst a backdrop of lush, green trees – it’s like a little piece of paradise.

Speaking of coffee, they know how to brew a darn good cup here. Whether you’re into the bold richness of an espresso or prefer something creamier like a latte, they’ve got the coffee game on lock. It’s the kind of place that makes you believe in the art of coffee.

Now, let’s talk about the staff. These folks are not just your regular coffee servers; they’re genuinely friendly and warm. You feel like you’re catching up with old friends when you chat with them. It’s that kind of welcoming vibe that makes you want to return.

And don’t even get me started on the pastries and snacks. They’re the perfect accompaniment to your coffee adventure. Seriously, one bite of their pastries, and you’ll be in dessert heaven.

So, in a nutshell, this cafe at Seoul Forest is a hidden gem. Great coffee, awesome people, and a view that’ll soothe your soul. Do yourself a favor and swing by for a memorable coffee break. Your taste buds and your Instagram feed will thank...

Operated by champion roaster Park Sang-ho (박상호), Q-grader licensed Choi Jun-ho (최준호) and established by actor Bae Young-joon (배영준) Center Coffee is one of the main draws for coffee enthusiasts and weekend traffic to the shopping and restaurant alleyway Seoulsup 2-gil. Located just metres from the entrance to Seoul Forest Park this trendy cafe is disguised in a renovated residential brick facade building. The interior is a carefully curated industrial chic two-storey space complete with polished chrome counters, exposed steel beams and wide-framed factory style windows.

Originally based in the UK from high-school, head barista Sang-ho Park boasts an impressive resume. He was the overall champion at the 2013 UK Brewers Cup, won the 2015 Coffee in Good Spirits award and served as head roaster at James Hoffman’s legendary Square Mile Coffee Roasters.

From the high end Kees van der Westen espresso machine to the multitude of roasters behind the scenes, Center Coffee aims to take Seoul Forest’s coffee scene to another level. In the coffee department expect a rare combination of Geishas from Panama (Finca Deborah), Colombia (La Esperanza) and Ethiopia alongside seasonal blends...

Taking a walk around Ttukseom and Seoul Forest I found this coffee shop on Mango Plate and decided to go in for a coffee.

The menu had a good selection of beverages available from regular coffee to drip and their own signature drinks. I was drawn to their drip coffee and opted for the Columbia La Esperanza whilst my wife ordered the Panama Savage.

The Columbia was described as tasting of pomegranate and plum candy with tropical hints. I was really impressed by this coffee blend and I would say it was one of the best cups of coffee that I have had in a very long time. I was able to pick up on those plumb notes in the coffee which are very bold and a good balance of acidity in the coffee. With every sip you get a lovely smell from the coffee and then the taste of the coffee.

The Panama Savage I only had a sip of and enjoyed it but I enjoyed my coffee to much to give an accurate review of the Panama Savage.

The interior of the coffee shop is really nice and there is upstairs seating. It is right by one of the entrances to Seoul Forest and there are plenty of other interesting places around that I'll go back and check out next time whilst picking up a...

Very cute, average specialty coffee prices and good coffee and coffee combinations. They roast their own beans and also have an adjacent bakery, plus two stories and a terrace to chill. They also have their own specialty drinks of which we tried the beet milk. Honestly, it didn't taste much of beet and I would suggest they remove the milk from it. Their milk is super fresh and you can tell when you drink it, but they don't have any plant based milk, so please consider adding this for people who cannot or don't want to drink milk.
