CONSTANS — Restaurant in Seoul

Complimentary Breakfast Buffet for 2 persons at Constans is one of benefits for Marriott Platinum. Costans is proud of wonderful panoramic view through floor-to-ceiling windows. Most dishes are cooked on the spot. My recommendation: Udon and Xiaolongbao as signature dishes Omelet with extra cheese Fresh watermelon Juice!

There are many buffet restaurant under the groud or on the ground floor with no view. But Costans is on the 24F with very good outview.

It is very spacious and good enough numbers of internal dishes. Recommended for all Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Most hotels may have similar buffet menus, so If I introduce some distinctive foods that are different from other buffets;

Soft Tofu (순두부) and Mung Bean Rice Porridge (녹두죽) are good for light Breakfast. Dim Sum: Xialongbao, Hargow, Dragon Tail Hargow, Meat Dumplings, Shrimp Chives. Especially, Xialongbao being wiht Soy Sauce with Veneger and Genger slice is delectable, soft and juicy. Stir-Fried Korean Marrinated Beef (소불고기) is tender and different style. Udon is light and tasty. Beef Brisket Salad (차돌박이 샐러드) Fish Sauce (어향소스) is provided separately for its lover. Steamed Crabs from Lunch to Dinner is also impressive. Watermelon Juice (수박주스)

I had high expectations for Constans buffet, but I was nevertheless completely blown away. The taste, quality, and variety of foods is top notch. It is one of the most delicious meals I have had in my life. The dishes are not too sweet or salty, everything is rich and flavorful. The desserts are especially really good and are not too sugary or dense. My favorite was the Shine Muscat Cake.

The meal includes a complimentary bottle of sparkling water and an after meal coffee or tea, and a dessert macaron.

My only complaint, and I really wish the restaurant will address this, is each item needs to clearly display allergens. I have a nut allergy and was nervous about a few dishes so I had to ask staff about the contents, but they didn’t always have an...

Expensive restaurant do not mean a good restaurant. Staff were the most impressive thing in this expensive buffet restaurant. Special food here compared to other buffet in Seoul are Tempura Chocolate chip cookie Americano I think expensive price makes my expectation high, and this restaurant don't meet my expectation.
