Dough Mansion — Restaurant in Seoul

Visited them recently randomly during my visit to Seoul and was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent 💯 . I Ordered 2 items and had a classic iced Americano! I would say everything is on pointe! The typical brunch dishes had a local twist!

Their take on the french toast and eggs benedict are out of this world! Loving the crispy scallions which I later learnt that the chef prepares A la minute. Everything is handmade and it's certainly delicious majisoyo as the locals would say. The ambience is really wonderful as well! Very chilled with a big window just to sit back and enjoy with some food and drinks.

The service was extremely prompt and they can converse in english for a tourist like me so I was not lost! I really appreciated that they explained the dishes to me and did some recommendation as well. Which i was left floored by a cafe with good and wonderful coffee to fill up the belly.

Mansion Benedict - 14,000 won The eggs were perfectly cooked, cut in half to mix the yolk with the rest was very satisfying. The rye bread was crispy and moistened perfectly by the egg, making it an excellent choice. The bacon had a thick texture with just the right amount of grease, and the grilled scallions added another texture to the meal.

Salmon Avocado Benedict - 18,000 won The combination of eggs, salmon, and avocado stands out with its delicious taste and smooth texture. Fresh salmon and creamy avocado blend together to captivate the palate.

Hands down the best Egg Benedict we’ve tried. My husband and I travel a lot and recently tried a super hyped brunch spot in Japan where you have to prepay just to reserve a seat and honestly, it didn’t even come close to the experience we had here at Dough Mansion.

The Eggs Benedict here was on another level, perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful hollandaise, and the bread underneath? Chef’s kiss. Every element of the dish complemented the other beautifully. It wasn’t just good… it set the new standard for us.

Also, major shoutout to the Peach Refreshers, they were so refreshing and wellbalanced, we had to go back for a second round. 😅
