Wonderful Christmas Party in this upscale fine dining restaurant in urban Oasis! Along with the luxurious interior in the PDR on the 2nd floor, I also enjoy very much the romantic view over beautiful Banyan Tree Oasis.
This time, I enjoy the festive green dinner by conductor, Mingoo Kang from Mingles on Michelin Guide since year 2021, who uses Korean seasonal ingredients for the hearty European cuisine. Each dish is delectable with excellent seasonal ingredients, like Yellowtail, Hairtail fish, Caviar, King Crab, Lobster and 1++ Korean Beef. Special thanks to Ms. Chloe Lee for her top notch service as well as excellent explanation on each cuisine and elegant wine service. I enjoy this green dining in nature very much.
