Wonderful Christmas Party in this upscale fine dining restaurant in urban Oasis! Along with the luxurious interior in the PDR on the 2nd floor, I also enjoy very much the romantic view over beautiful Banyan Tree Oasis.
This time, I enjoy the festive green dinner by conductor, Mingoo Kang from Mingles on Michelin Guide since year 2021, who uses Korean seasonal ingredients for the hearty European cuisine. The concert master is Ms. Chloe Lee who always shows the best hospitality as one of the best hoteliers in Banyan Tree Group. Their journey of flavors starts with

Each dish is delectable with excellent seasonal ingredients, like Yellowtail, Hairtail fish, Caviar, King Crab, Lobster and 1++ Korean Beef. The restaurant has good view over beautiful Banyan Tree Oasis and the interior feels like being in a Garden.
