The sushi was great, but the customer experience was even better! Just came back from a trip from Korea, and I am still very blown away by the customer service provided by Jisung Hong, one of the staff at Getten Sushi.
What transpired: I actually left my international credit card in a shop before coming to Gatten Sushi. Obviously I panicked, and tried calling the shop with my own number (to see if they found the card) but it seems I could not get through as I am using my international number.
I approached Jisung Hong while I was waiting for seats, to ask if I could borrow their phone and hastily translated what happened on papago. He did not just pass me the phone to call but made sure to convey what happened with my card situation to the shop attendants I left my card at.
It was only Day 2 of my trip and without Jisung's help, I might had to live off the little cash for the rest of it. Thank you Jisung for helping and making my trip one without any...

Consider to pay 30k per person for good sushi and some quality/special pieces. Maybe 45k if you order a couple of drinks and eat well.
This is not exactly cheap. Bit not exactly the worse if you considere some good sushi. Also the shrimp tempura was surprisingly not oily.
I removed one star cause the tuna sashimi we order come slightly frozen, that is just unacceptable. I know this is a fabric and i cant expect to have fresh open fish for this price, but almsot frozen?! Just put sold out and serve something else.
Mayo dishes are something only Koreans can appreciate. so i skipped all that disgrace but the rest was fairly good. nice tuna nigiri, great seared salmon, great octopus legs, good truffle tuna, good shrimp ones... so so squid. Solid 4 stars...

The fish here is the freshest I’ve ever had at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant!
They give you free miso soup and have a hot water tap and matcha powder that you can mix your own matcha green tea with. I loved that!
Different varieties of fish came out, but it was mostly nigiri. I usually like maki rolls, and they don’t really have them here. But it made me realize and taste how fresh the fish was.
