There were more bean sprouts than all the rest of the ingredients combined. The coconut fried shrimp and “crispy” roll are dense and greasy, not crispy. The sweet sauce on them prevented actually tasting anything else. This place is popular and has a line at lunch and dinner. It is not for the food. Their pho is actually served with generous portions of meat, noodles, and with rich broth which is different than what I'm typically accustomed to with chains like Emoi and PhoMons that jip you on the beef.
