Paris Baguette Seolleung I Tower — Restaurant in Seoul

This place has a lot of audacity calling itself a “bagel lab”. With a name like that you would think they would have an array of bagels and cream cheese flavors ready to assemble. Instead they have about 4 bagel types and if you want cream cheese you’re getting plain or strawberry, refrigerated, out of a container and putting it on your own bagel yourself. They won’t even assemble it for you. Yesterday, I came in and they had some assembled bagels set out. I got excited as the cream cheese on the assembled bagel was a chive/onion type. It showed that they did have more options after all! NOPE! When I asked for the onion/chive cream cheese today, they pointed me back to the same 2 selections in the containers. When I asked why since they obviously have more options, they wouldn’t answer and also wouldn’t even toast the bagel. Seems they just really really hate having to assemble a bagel at the bagel “lab”. 선릉아이타워 1층에 위치해있다. 통유리로 되어있어 매장 내부가 다 보이는데 앉아서 간단한 식사나 커피를 마실 공간도 어느정도 확보가 되어있다. 근데 매장이 작아서 그런지 빵 종류가 너무 없다. 케익도 마찬가지....종류가 타 매장보다 적다. 그리고 케익 주문시에도 뭘 넣어달라고 했지만 정작 도착하고보니 내부에 부탁한 것이 없었다.
