Seongsu Baking Studio — Restaurant in Seoul

Im a huge fan of pastries and morning bread (Korean most bread shop sell desert bread) i pined here for long time cus they also have class. I guess i disappointed maybe i had big expectation.. most disappointed bread was sourdough its inside was crumble and kind of dry.. and baguette also quite hard its hard to my morning…(even i got feeling dont want listen their class…) but in other hand they sold pretzel its kind if rare menu and seems like perfect color i bought Leek cream with pretzel that was good next time i want try to buy plain pretzel Anyways.. in Korea its kind of hard to find this much standard plain bread shop so i guess for just lokking for standard bread person here will not be good but if you are quite huge fan of morning plain bread.. uhm price is nice taste also middle so i...

Nothing but praise for this lovely bakery. Warm, rustic atmosphere and the smell of fresh bread is wonderful. Amazing prices for the taste and quality; got a handful of their most popular items such as the panini and sandwich. Really, it’s such a lovely place with sweet staff and fantastic goods! Also grabbed an ice latte, great value for fresh espresso! Not sour, with an earthy taste....

A local bakery worth your consideration if you are walking through Seongsu. The Kouign Amann had a heavily caramelised bottom and the red bean-butter baguette was a nice pairing - although it would have been better if they provided the option to have it warmed. Prices are reasonable and there is a plastic patio extension in winter to keep the windchill off those who choose...
