A dessert place in Korea. They serve desserts as a course meal, can you believe it? I'm not a big dessert person but I wanted to take pictures so I ordered 2 different desserts. You break open the champagne ball dessert and inside there is champagne sorbet, this was really refreshening. There were cranberries inside the cake, so it was a bit tangy. The Champagne Ball was one of the best desserts I've ever had in my life. The balance of the dessert was biblical: the champagne foam deliciously melted in your mouth, the fruits provided a deep, natural flavour to ground you, the flowers were beautiful visually but subtle in the texture and accents they provided, the cheese cake snow tied it all together beautifully with its tartness but never overwhelming, and lastly, the sugar shell for extra texture and oomph.
