If you want to experience authentic Korean fine dining, this is the place to visit. Even in Jeolla Province, the home of traditional Korean cuisine, people travel here for its truly delicious Hanjeongsik (Korean full-course meal). Here, you can fully experience both the flavor and tradition of Korea.
What makes this restaurant truly outstanding is that it is led by Chef Lee Sung-ja (์ด์ฑ์), one of the very few officially recognized Korean Cuisine Grand Masters in the country. Every dish is prepared with care, balance, and deep respect for Korean culinary heritage.
The service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere feels both traditional and welcoming, making it perfect not only for locals but also for visitors who want to taste the real Korea.
The courses range in price from around $20 to $100, making it suitable for both casual diners and those seeking a more premium fine-dining experience.

ย ย ย Read moreFor a business dinner, we chose Sudam Hansik in Gangnam, just a 2-minute walk from Seonjeongneung Station Exit 3, which made it very convenient. Since we had reserved a private room, we were seated right away without any waiting, and our group of seven ordered the 120,000-won Yongwang Course. Each course came out beautifully arranged, with the lobster standing out as the highlight and the sashimi offering a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture. It was impressive to enjoy hotel-level quality at this price in the heart of Gangnam, and the attentive service and considerate attitude of the staff made the whole experience even better. Crafted by a master chef with 26 years of experience using fresh seasonal ingredients, every dish had depth and balance, and the portions left us fully satisfied. This was a genuine out-of-pocket experience, and it proved to be a perfect setting for strengthening team spirit at work. I plan to return often to this restaurant...

The rice at the end smelled like a rotten mouth. The portion of the each dish is too small for even tasting it. Th e menu seems provide multiple course but the amount of food is too little to make your stomach full. You would better have a $10 meal like meat soup or ramen when you actually fell full. Not worth trying this...
